There are many options available in the region to say goodbye to 2023 and hello to 2024 in style, with lots of music and entertainment.

In Olhão, the programs will take place in Jardim Pescador Olhanense, over the last three days of the year and the first of 2024, always from 10 pm.
Luís Guilherme (on the 29th), Herman José (on the 30th), and the groups 3 AM Band and Os Red (on the 31st). The party continues on January 1st with a show by Circo Dallas, starting at 11:30 am.

In Albufeira, New Year’s Eve takes place at Praia dos Pescadores, from 10 pm on the 31st to the sound of music by The Gift and Amália Hoje, two bands that feature Sónia Tavares as vocalist. The event also features the participation of DJ Rita Mendes and a large aquatic pyro-musical show and a laser projection. From 00:30, the party moves to Avenida Sá Carneiro, where the “Pop Art Parade” takes place.

In Lagos, the musical entertainment begins on December 30th, from 10:30 pm, with GNR, the band with Rui Reininho as lead singer, taking to the stage, installed in Praça do Infante. The following night, it’s Calema, the famous São Tomé duo, composed of brothers António and Fradique Mendes Ferreira, who take on the mission of saying goodbye, in musical form, to 2023.

In the municipality of Portimão, the entertainment takes place on the riverside and takes place over three nights (29th, 30th, and 31st). This year, the aim is to create an atmosphere of celebration, entertainment and dancing, in which anyone who travels to the riverside area can participate.
On the 29th, the Beatles’ music will be highlighted, between 10 pm and midnight, with a show by the tribute band The Peakles. The following day there will be several moments of musical entertainment as part of the RFM Time Machine party, which will run from 10 pm to 2 am. On the 31st, New Year’s Eve will be celebrated by the band Turb’ Ó Baile.

In the municipality of Lagoa, the biggest highlight is the party to be held at Largo da Praia do Carvoeiro, with music, which starts at 10 pm on the 31st, with a performance by The Switha’s Band. The entry into the new year will be celebrated with fireworks, on the beach, and music by Mr. Vlalen ft DJ Ezzra until 2 am.

In Faro, on the 30th, at 10 pm, Pedro Mafama will take to the stage that will be set up at Doca, after which the show “Cave do Bolas” will take place, with DJ Nuno Silva. The following night, the end-of-year party takes place to the music of the group Revenge of the 2000’s.

In the municipality of Loulé, the big end-of-year party takes place in Quarteira, with a four-night program. On the 28th, the 11th São Silvestre Race will take place, followed, on the 29th, by the music of Marc Noah and the show Time Machine (Revenge of the 90’s). On the 30th there will be a tribute to Dire Straits and a performance by DJ Kamala and, finally, on the night of December 31st, DJ Luís Luz, D.A.M.A., and the group Who is Bob will take to the stage. All these concerts take place on Passeio das Dunas.

In Tavira, the night of December 31st is celebrated at Praça da República with a show by the group Função Públika, starting at 10:30 pm.

In the municipality of Vila Real de Santo António, the end-of-year party takes place on Avenida Marginal, in Monte Gordo. The program begins on Saturday, December 30th, with the show “I Love Baile Funk”, at 10:30 pm. Diogo Piçarra and Pete Tha Zouk are the guests on the night of December 31st. The ‘warm-up’ takes place with Duo Reflexo, from 10:30 pm.

In the municipality of Aljezur, attention turns to the riverside park of Odeceixe which, on the night of the 30th, will have a party animated by DJs and which on the last day of the year will feature musical entertainment, starting at 10 pm, in charge of Guilherme Campos e Amigos and DJ João Machado.

In Alcoutim, the music is provided by Valter Reis, and after the fireworks marking the beginning of the new year, there is a dance performed by the Déjà Vu Band.
